Artist Statement
Margaret Tighe
I was born in Birkenhead in England. I moved to Ireland when I was 19 years of age. I now live in Drumconrath, Co. Meath. I like painting with acrylic paints. I used oil paints but found they took too long to dry. I have been painting off and on for the last 20 years. I like painting landscapes and seascapes. I use tonal colours.
Medium: Acrylics.
